Right to be Forgotten
Erasure and data recovery requests under GDPR Articles 15 & 17
You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data Linen holds about you and, in many cases, to have it erased. This page explains how those rights work and lets you submit a request.
Under Article 17 of the GDPR, you may ask us to delete your personal data where it is no longer necessary, where you withdraw consent, or where it has been processed unlawfully. This right is not absolute: we may retain data where required to comply with a legal obligation, to establish or defend legal claims, or where another exemption applies. Where Linen processes data on behalf of a partner, we will coordinate with that partner as controller.
Under Article 15, you may request a copy of your data and information about how it is processed. We verify the identity of every requester before acting, respond within one month, and may extend this by two further months for complex requests, telling you if we do.
We have logged your request and sent a confirmation to your email. We may contact you to verify your identity before we proceed, and will respond within one month.
