A processor, by design
Linen acts as a data processor on behalf of each partner, who remains the controller. Context is exchanged only under documented instructions and a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
GDPR & RGPD
Every transfer rests on a lawful basis with data minimisation and purpose limitation. Guests may exercise their rights at any time, including access, rectification, and erasure.
